It did not take too long for our dear hackers out there to jailbreak the latest iphone 3g. pwnage version 2 is already out for the Mac OSX users for jailbreaking the first generation iphone including the iphone 3g and iphone touch. You can read more about it here.

Pwnage tool 3.1 only supports Apple’s Mac OS x and is not available for Microsoft windows. Therefor an equivalent tool has been developed for jailbreaking the iphone 3.0 in windows – “winpwn’. Winpwn is capable of jailbreaking iphone touch, iphone 3g and the classic iphone and is compatible with both windows XP and Windows Vista (32 bit and 64 bit).
